Welcome to RealtyBlocks.com (hereinafter "RealtyBlocks", "we", "us", or "our"). RealtyBlocks is a technology platform offering subscription-based services to real estate professionals and related users in India. By accessing or using RealtyBlocks services, including our website, applications, APIs, and related tools (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

• Definitions and Interpretation

In these Terms, capitalized words have the following meanings:

• "User" or "You" means any individual or legal entity accessing or using the Service;

• "Subscriber" means a User who has registered and paid for subscription services;

• "Service" means all software, website, applications, and associated services provided by RealtyBlocks;

• "Company", "we", or "us" refers to RealtyBlocks, India.

• Eligibility

You represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. Minors are not permitted to use the Service. Your use must comply with applicable laws, including RERA and other real estate regulations, and you agree to maintain your own compliance responsibility.

• Subscription Model and Fees

- RealtyBlocks operates solely as a technology platform offering subscription-based access to tools such as CRM, lead management, transaction facilitation dashboards, and analytics.

• We do not act as real estate agents, brokers, or intermediaries, and we do not charge any commission, referral, or transaction fees related to real estate deals.

• Subscription fees are fixed and not contingent on transaction volume or value.

• All brokerage and commission arrangements occur solely between brokers, buyers, and sellers off-platform.

• Account Registration and Security

- To access subscription services, you must register an account, providing accurate and complete information.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activities under your account.

• You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.

• User Responsibilities and Content

- You agree not to upload, post, or share any content that violates applicable laws, infringes intellectual property rights, is false, misleading, obscene, defamatory, or harmful.

• You warrant that you have all necessary rights and permissions for any content or property listings you submit.

• RealtyBlocks may monitor and remove any content at its sole discretion without liability.

• Verification and Accuracy

- While RealtyBlocks may verify the existence or identity of listings or users, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or authenticity of any property listings, user-generated content, or third-party data.

• You acknowledge that due diligence is your responsibility, including verifying property ownership, RERA registration status, and compliance before any transaction.

• Intellectual Property

- All intellectual property rights in the Service, including software, trademarks, logos, and content, are owned by or licensed to RealtyBlocks.

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the Service as permitted by these Terms. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.

• Third-Party Links and Services

- The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services.

• We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, privacy practices, or terms.

• Your interactions with third parties are at your own risk.

• Privacy and Data Protection

Our Privacy Policy governs the collection, use, and protection of your personal information. By using the Service, you consent to such practices. You are responsible for complying with data protection laws applicable to your activities.

• Limitation of Liability

- To the maximum extent permitted by law, RealtyBlocks and its affiliates, officers, employees, or licensors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use or inability to use the Service, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

• Our total liability for any claim related to the Service will not exceed the subscription fees you have paid in the prior 12 months.

• Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation.

• Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless RealtyBlocks and its affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or violation of laws.

• Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access for violations of these Terms, unlawful conduct, or inactivity. Upon termination, all licenses granted to you cease immediately.

• Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time by posting updates on the website. Material changes will be notified with at least 30 days’ notice. Continued use after changes means acceptance.

• Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Telangana, India, excluding conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved by arbitration in Hyderabad under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The arbitration decision shall be final and binding.

• Miscellaneous

- If any provision is held invalid, the remaining Terms will continue in full force.

• Failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver.

• We do not guarantee continuous availability and may perform maintenance or updates as needed.
